Why did I create this?

I came across the Pomodoro Technique in my search for a better way to juggle my daily tasks efficiently while avoiding distractions and mental fatigue. The basic premise of the Pomodoro Technique is to firewall your attention for a small amount of time and mentally recharge after each interval of work.

As an MBA student and 2x startup founder (and someone with ADD), my daily to-do list can get a bit hectic and overwhelming. Pomodoro minimizes this daily overwhelm through a principle called "time-boxing", which really does make it seem like you have more than 24 hours in the day.

There are other Pomodoro templates out there, but many are bloated with extra features and unnecessary add-ons. These things defeat the purpose of Pomodoro.

So, I've developed a Notion dashboard that strips away distractions and lets you get things done. I'm sharing my system with you here in hopes it'll benefit your work as well.
